Logitech z623 subwoofer not working

Hello
I have Logitech z623 speakers from 3 years

Now all of a sudden I am experiencing my subwoofer stops working at low volumes

In order to make it work, I have to raise the volume to maximum

But now it is not working either, no bass is coming out from the subwoofer unit.

I tried removing the cables and fixing them again while moving right antenna wire, it produces some bass but again stopped working soon after.

Please help me if anyone knows any solution for it.

explain this ( fixing them again while moving right antenna wire ) are you sure all wige still good and system dont have bass cut off under audio option .

Yea all the wiring is kept the same.
And sound is coming but no Bass!

what happens if you play with the bass button on the right speaker control the cable could be cut oor input in the bass hoofer is defctive also did you check if the cone on bass is not open or crack that will means not sound comes out .

Happens nothing when I do so, however, tweaking the bass satellite's wire makes about 10% bass to appear.

Not sure if there is something wrong with the cable itself 🙁

thne i would see if you could open the control speaker and check wires in to bas sub and also do the same with the cable and sub assembly if you have a voltmeter that will help to see if you dont have a broken cable or connector .
