LOGON PROCESS INITIALIZATION FAILURE WIN7 ASUS

CD ROM SHATTERED A CD AND NOW I GET THIS MESSAGE. THE CD ROM HAS BEEN REPLACED. ANY FIXES TO THIS? I BOUGHT THIS ASUS JAN 2012.

neither options in f8 work.
i have no boot disk.
I have no other desktops to add the hardware too and copy/load manifest etc.

Only have the system recovery disks that were made when I initially started the the computer and of the three all take me to the recovery screen, but that will cause a loss of all data.

I simply cannot logon into the computer through any function. The BIOS screen gets me to blue screen; where i enter my pw but thats it, never to the next screen.
