Good news at last - the system is in there and working to a degree. It may take a while to load or may not load at all. Give it as long as fifteen minutes and if nothing shows, press Control Shift and Escape at the same time. If you're offered Task Manager, click on Processes then from the File menu, choose New Task, type in explorer.exe and press Enter. If you get to something approaching normality, click the Recycle Bin and see if msgina.dll in there.
Does the system you're posting from have a copy of msgina.dll in there somewhere?
