Long wire of coaxial vs ethernet vs wifi

I recently built a new PC for a friend and their home is wired extremely weird. The computer is down stairs, about 20 ft. away from the router, that is on the first floor. Walls and stairs are in the way... They have Coaxial wiring already set up that was plugged in to a tv that is near the PC downstairs, which runs about 60 FT and will need to run another 20 FT to get to the PC. My last option would be trying to run about 60-70 FT of Ethernet to get straight to the modem.

As you can see I have a little problem here deciding which will bring the most stable, fast internet. At the moment she has this build: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/fdDLmG

The mobo has built in WIFI but the connection is atrocious and constantly disconnects.

My question is, with the amount of distance between the router and the computer, would it just make more sense to purchase a quality usb 3.0 adapter and run WIFI through that? With a budget of up to 40 dollars, what is a good wifi adapter for us to get for stable, quick connection?

Ethernet pretty much guarantees performance and cheap but you have to run the cable.

MOCA more than $40 and your best option without thinking, assuming coax cable already exists.

Consistent WIFI performance requires survey, tweaking, and at the end, the neighborhood maybe just too noisy.
