No.
There would be no noticeable difference between a 1 meter Cat5e, and a 90 meter Cat5e.
Assuming the cable is built and terminated properly.

Look mate. Your computer communicates with 1000s of other computers over cables thousands of kilometers long every time you open your browser. Another few meters will not effect it. Those packets already came from the other side of the planet.
