Looking at buying a laptop

I'm trying to find a good laptop that will last and preferably has good customer service around the $1000-$1300 range. I'm looking for 8th gen i7, decent graphics card (can be integrated) for light gaming and possibly graphic design later (GTX 1050ti possibly, I don't need anything really special). and 16GB RAM. Also, good battery life would be fantastic. Is there anything like that out there?

"Light gaming" is what exactly? Flash games from Facebook or just not playing often but higher spec games?

In general, look for Lenovo, ASUS for basic use or lower spec gaming, MSI, ASUS, Sager for dedicated gaming ones.
