[SOLVED] Looking for a 200€ budget

Hi guys,
I'm about to build a PC for my cousin. She's just gonna play TS4 or something around that. Her budget is a superlow one, I'm trying hard to stay into it using new components since I cant find any decent used stuff. I'm trying to make something not too bad.
Here's what I'm on at the moment:

AMD Athlon 200GE (45€)
Asus Prime A320M-K (55€)
Crucial 1x8GB DDR4 2400MHz (37€)
240GB SSD by KingDian (27€)
FSP 400W (48€)
Sharkoon T3-V (22€)

It's around 230€ at the moment.

It's likely impossible to do better I guess, you got any advice on something cheaper I could get? Maybe a good and cheaper PSU? Thanks guys

TBH you would get much better value buying an old I5 Optiplex and throwing in a GT1030.lp.
