Looking for a $550 - $650 Gaming PC Build

I'm looking for a new build, trying to completely upgrade from my previous composition. I plan on using it for games such as PUBG, League, etc. Nothing too demanding, but I will also be using dual monitors. My budget is $500-$650, before shipping. Overclocking maybe, but I generally want the PC to be mostly silent (willing to throw a little more if need be). No parts or size (besides micro ATX) preference, open to any and all suggestions.

If the build runs on a 550w PSU, exclude the PSU from the build because I can salvage my old one.
I may also nuke the old HD and utilize that, might also get a SSD as well.

Gpu prices are an absolutely mess right now so the 1050 ti is about the best you can get without absolutely nuking everything else in the build
