Looking for a budget $350 PC build for csgo

Hi! Im looking for a $350 build that can at least run csgo at 100+fps at least at high
I play at 4:3

I like the build but do you think it can run at constant 60fps?

What resolution are you running on?

If it's 1024x768, that build will be overkill and you'll get more than 60 fps.

Its nearly identical to the build I use and I get well over 120fps max settings 1080p.
