Hey People, I'm Andrew.
I am looking for a new gaming setup.
The budget is really tight tho, because I've spend more on my PC that I've thought: 90$.
I would like to buy a monitor, a mouse, a mousepad, a keyboard, a headset and some speakers.
Now, If you could do me a favor, I wish that you could search on this website ( https://www.pcgarage.ro/ ) if possible, because this is, in my country, the best site for everything that's PC related. If possible, then the budget is 400 RON.

You are not getting anything close to what you need for that. I mean go and look at the prices at the site you linked for monitors and just sort by price, I'm sure there are very very few for that budget and that does not include anything else...

Check out some used hardware places where you are, but even then unless you get some low quality stuff you may not have enough to spend on it. In US you can get a basic business class monitor for about $40 used, generic mice keyboards and headsets for about $15-20 each new. Redragon on Amazon is a good quality cheaper brand you can take a look at.
