Approximate Purchase Date: In 1~2 months.

Budget Range: $800~1000 (I can go over, but that's the ideal budget range.) Kinda seems unrealistic though, but I'm not expecting a $3,000 computer. I could buy a used car instead.

System Usage from Most to Least Important: Doing video rendering (animations), HEAVY photoshop. (Believe me, my old computer crashed constantly trying to do the things I'm asking it to do), gaming (Call of Duty while recording in FRAPS, things like that), and finally web browsing.

Are you buying a monitor: No. I'm buying after I buy the PC.

Parts to Upgrade: Not upgrading, just need a new computer.

Do you need to buy OS: Sure, why not?

Preferred Website(s) for Parts: I really couldn't care less. Just make sure that the website you select are well known.

Location: Soz, buying online only.

Parts Preferences: No Preferences.

Overclocking: Maybe. Just light overclocking.

SLI or Crossfire: Maybe. I may upgrade in the future.

Your Monitor Resolution: N/A

Additional Comments: I do prefer a SSD. And ATLEAST 1866 8Gig Ram please. I really want 16 or higher.

Why Are You Upgrading: Computer is 7 years old.

It's a pretty good build...
About the CPU cooler, should I really get that evo instead of a water cooler like the h100i?
And LOL at that graphics card.
I can't say it's bad, because it's decent, but I was expecting something higher.
I will definitely keep this build in mind.

cooler master evo will do just fine if you are going to make slight overclock as you said
if you wanna go with better gpu check:
770gtx which will cost about 350$
or 760gtx about 250$
or go with the amd camp for something like r9 270 or r9 280
btw
sadams04 made a really good build with this budget

Its all about the budget... Swap the BD-RW for a DVD-RW, and the Gold PSU for a Bronze unit and you can free up a little bit of money to assist to the GPU budget. If you have to have a larger GPU at that budget level then look towards something more like the build below.
