I recently built a new pc, and now my buddy is looking to transition from Xbox over to PC and I’m looking for some help for a build to fit within his budget.

Approximate Purchase Date: Within the next 2 weeks

Budget Range: $850 MAX without OS, KB/m, or monitors.

System Usage from Most to Least Important: Gaming, Fortnite and PUBG are the flavors of the month but want a system that won’t be irrelevant within the next 2 years like my last PC.

Are you buying a monitor: Yes, not included in budget though.

Do you need to buy OS: Yes, not included in budget though.

Preferred Website(s) for Parts: Amazon is will be where the parts will be getting purchased due to fast/free shipping.

Location: United States

Parts Preferences: N/A

Overclocking: maybe

SLI or Crossfire: Not sure.

Your Monitor Resolution: 1920x1080

Additional Comments: Quieter the better, but not a deciding factor

Ryzen Build
Good cpu upgrade path
You could go with a 3gb 1060 if you wanted to save $50 ish, but would recommend keeping the 6gb
