Looking for a business laptop and pc - budget 1200-1500

I'm looking to purchase both laptop and pc for my eCommerce business. Use lot of data driven files (excel), light photoshop, and often have a multitude of tabs open while working.

Although the PC will of course have more power and bang for the buck, I'd like the laptop to be powerful, as it will be used often, and used for most of the same work as pc.

Do you need to buy OS: Have Win 7, would prefer if it was already installed, but not a deal breaker.

And Most Importantly, Why Are You Upgrading: Laptop is outdated, PC is running to slow to keep up with daily tasks.

If you want an "up-gradable" system do not buy a small form OEM system, you need to build your own. For a laptop, Lenovo T models are very good business systems.
