My current build:
-CPU: Ryzen 5 2600x(Stock)
-MOBO: MSI X470 Gaming Pro Carbon
-RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4 3000 PC-24000 16GB 2x8GB CL15(XMP 2)
-GPU: RTX 2080 Palit Gaming Pro OC
-PSU: Nox Urano VX 750W 80+ Bronze 140MM PWM
-CASE: Aerocool Quartz USB 3.0 LED RGB
-CPU COOLER; AMD Wraith Spire
Mention that I have 3 fans 120mm at front cooling, 1 fan rear and 2 top (120mm) blowing out the air.

Running at Stock my CPU runs 67-74 C while gaming but we are 3-15 C ambient(winter). I'm really worried that in summer(when ambient is 27-37C) my cpu burns. I'm also interested in little overclocking. I tried to OC at 4GHz but my temps were around 74-83 C while gaming and I set it again at Stock.

I would like to run 4.2GHz at some decent temps , which CPU Cooler under 60€ would you recommend me? I though about the Scythe Mugen 5 Rev. B.
(I'm also worried for the cooler not fiting in my case/mobo)

Solution
What are you checking temps with? If not ryzen master check them with it.

That cooler won't fit in your case

Noctua
NH-U9S would be a good choice if it fits your budget where you are

I'm using HWmonitor but i checked that temps are same as ryzen master. Is NH-U9S decent for a 4.2ghz oc ? I don't know how is his performance compared to the mugen or the Noctua D15

My case states that 15,2 cm is the max allowed(CPU + cooler) but Mugen 5 is 12 x 12 x 2.7 cm , is sure that won't fit? I really don't know how to calculate which coolers will fit or not(also thanks for answering me i appreciate it a lot)
