First,my specs:
H55M-UD2H
I5 750
8gb ddr3 1333mhz
R9 280x
My I5 750 is bottlenecking with my GPU and it caused stuttering in games.I am looking for better CPU for my PC.My budget is about 85$

Solution

its all relative to what you do, but if I was buying it and bring it up to standards I use for, which would remove all the bottlenecks in this computer build:

16G of DDR3 2400mhz ram like this: https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=9SIA1K64287286
a HDD drive controller to move the drives to a dedicated bus with its own processor and cache: https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=9SIA4A05N38915&cm_re=sas_controller_card-_-16-118-106-_-Product

also, I buy SAS drives instead of SATA because its twice over the SATA...
You can look at an i7 that is clocked at the same or higher speed but that’s it. This will give you hyperthreading which may or may not help depending on the specific game.

Personally I would suggest saving for a modern platform. Any cpu you can run is well below the minimum recommended in most/all modern AAA games.

i am a student so My Budget is about.....60$ :(((
Which i7 would fit my budget :(
If you can, maybe can you show me how to Overclock the I5 750?
I have a quite good cooler so don't worry about the temperature.Just show me the the enough frequency I can reach to get rid of bottleneck,If you can, show me the highest frequency for this CPU.I am using T400i

also, I buy SAS drives instead of SATA because its twice over the SATA interface. The only SATA drive I have is the CD burner that is connected to a SAS controller (SATA is 1/2 of the wires on a sas drive connection so there is cables for this).

The upgrades you need cost $$$. so no free ride when it comes to performance. There is a plateau of sorts when it comes to the processors and the programs due to the built in bottlenecks on the board. Also, the built in video should be disabled since you have a video card already.
