Looking for a decent AM2+ board for a AMD X3 720

Anyone have some options for a 70-100 dollar motherboard for a AMD x3 720? Some basic overclocking features, form factor ATX and a decent onboard audio is all that is required. Likely going to get a GTX 260, so no need for Crossfire set up.

The best board for the moment is the coming ASUS m4n82 deluxe.
Have support for AM3 cpu's, use a nforce 980a, have support for 3-SLI, and 16 GB of RAM
