4. In Between. Portable, but prefer better thermals, so somehow thick and portable.

5. How much battery life do you need? Avarage. 4-6 Hours.

6. Light gaming. 1650Ti is preferable.

7. Web browsing, Word&Excel, etc.

8. Not necessary.

If you can go a little over 1K, I think the RTX 2060 MQ paired with either the i7 or Ryzen 3 would be a better option than the GTX 1650TI. More powerful than that card as well.
I'm thinking an ASUS ROG Zeph Ryzen 3 or I7, which will run you under $1.3K.
