looking for a free recovery disk

how can i find a free recovery disk for my l305d toshiba ? please help me i can t download anything i keep getting a message saying that tit can t find my APPDATA

Contact Toshiba, they will sell you a set if your laptop is not too old. Recovery disks are not free.

AppData is located in Windows Vista or 7 but in Windows XP, it's called "Application Data"
The APPData folder basically holds information about the install, uninstall options of all your programs, games etc..
