Looking for a full setup for gaming can spend about €450

Hello,

Today im looking to build a system for my cousin who plays alot of games and his parents asked me if i could help him with getting a decent computer.
Does anybody have any idea what i can get for about €450/$550 that will run games smooth on a medium quality preference.

Thanks for the build but unfortunately this build costs me too much if i buy it here is there a cheaper alternative? this build will cost around 570 euros and i have a max amount of 450 to spend sadly 😛
