Looking for a good cheap rgb keyboard

Hi, im looking for a good, but cheap rgb gaming keyboard. My budget is about 30 bucks. Im not looking for anything special, just need it to be mechanical and either have adjustable light color, or be red by default. Thanks!

My brother recently got Redragon Vara, it has a few built in effects and build quality is solid for the price. I think you can find it for around 35-40 bucks but it is bang for the buck all the way.
