[SOLVED] Looking for a gpu selection suggestion.

I wanted to buy a gigabyte windforce rtx 2070. Then someone told me that it has heating issues and asked me to take a MSI armor edition instead. The problem is the MSI one costs about 150 usd more than the gigabyte one. The other options in the same price rangeas the gigabyte one is galax rtx 2070 and COLORFUL rtx 2070.
should i not take the gigabyte card? if so then which one should I take?
(EVGA cards aren’t available here. Available brands are: ASUS, MSI, GIGABYTE, GALAX, COLORFUL)
(I don't play games. I will be using it for 3d architectural modeling and rendering. Quadro isn't available here either)

Various RTX cards have had issues, but it's not isolated to one manufacturer.

Provided you're buying from somewhere with a decent return period for defective products, or are in a region with easy access to an RMA process for a given brand, you'll be find with any model.

At their core, they're all 2070 GPUs.
