Hello, I am looking for a Monitor that will be used for Graphic Design jobs that has high resolution (as high as possible) with a budget of $300 CAD.

The only one I can recommend at that price is the Dell U2211H...

It has an IPS panel which generally make it better for color reproduction than other LCD panel technology; once calibrated. It's a bit small for my taste., but it's cheap since it's on sale.
