I have a Compaq CQ5210F desktop computer.
And it has a really bad graphics card already on it. I cannot get higher than 40 fps on league of legends and it is quite unstable.
The processor is AMD Athlon II X2 215 2.7 GHz. Is that the problem?
People I have asked said its the graphics card, which is the NVIDIA GeForce 6150SE nForce 430.
The computer holds 3 GB of RAM.
So if it is the graphics card, I was wondering where I can get a cheap viable alternative. When I mean cheap i mean like less than 65 dollars. I found this http://www.amazon.com/Force3D-radeon-graphics-express-windows/dp/B006OS6UAG/ref=cm_cd_al_qh_dp_t on amazon and I was wondering if it would work well for League of Legends, or if it is even compatible with my computer.
Thanks!

Plenty. I reccommend building them yourself, increases your knowledge of the parts and usually cheaper.

Yeah the thing is I don't know if I have the time to. To build my own computer i would have to buy a motherboard, cpu, RAM, Hard drive, GPU? Is that all?

uhh as far as my knowledge goes i think it does... the ram is ddr3.

EDIT: I totally lied...just checked with crucial.com and it doesn't say it supports ddr3...damn

If you just play LOL then all you need is a video card.
If you want to play newer games the a new computer is needed.
this is a much better card than the 6450 and cheaper. I don't think the 6450 ever cost $180.

There are 6450 cards for $39 here. but any of the cards listed here would play LOL on medium or better settings.
