Hi all,

I have a tricky choice to do.
I need a graphics card (obviously the most performant possible) but I have 2 hard constraints:
I think my best bet is on RTX 3060 Ti cards but there don't seem to be many available on the market at the moment? Or at crazy prices. I just found this MSI one at a decent price: https://uk.pcpartpicker.com/product...8-gb-gaming-x-video-card-rtx-3060-ti-gaming-x Is it any good?
My motherboard is a Gigabyte Z490I AORUS ULTRA Mini ITX LGA1200. So I would naturally go for a Gigabyte GPU. Also happy to consider Radeon if you think it's a better option?!

A 3rd less important constraint, would be that it doesn't cost beyond £850 ($1150). I'm happy to consider refurbished items even if I never purchased one before, I've no idea if it's risky and don't know good places where I can get them securely with some guarantees.

Thanks in advance for you help 🙂

Just seen couple in stock for good prices palit and Gainward brand. 579 to 549 pounds with two fans so could fit into your case and normaly use ebuyer, scan,CCL computers for my comp stuff.. Yes its 600W recommendation for these cards so 650W could work with GPU but along that your computer dose not overpower it watts and with new GPU depends on how long you had your PSU and the quality of psu and is it upto running the new GPU!. So could you post your specs for full system including PSU!. If you had your PSU for along time would suggest in buying brand new one with your 3060ti to an 750W to be on safeside.

PSU = 650W SFX 80Plus Gold Modular PSU (NZXT)
I've done some research on the web and many people managed to have RTX 3070 GPUs running on it (even if the specs were recommending a 700W or 750W PSU. You just need to switch the motherboard to PCI Gen 3 (if not yet on it). Here is an example: View: https://www.reddit.com/r/NZXT/comments/k6jbum/nzxt_h1_power_supply_enough_for_rtx_3070_ryzen_5/

The RTX 3060 ti requires 700W or less. The Gigabyte one for example requires only 600W: https://www.gigabyte.com/Graphics-Card/GV-N306TGAMING-OC-8GD-rev-20/sp#sp
