I dont have a monitor rn but I plan to get a 1080 or 1440p 144hz monitor. and i meant nvidia graphics cards.

Generally speaking if you are gaming at 1080p, you would want a faster processor, and a modest GPU
As you increase your resolution, you become more reliant on a GPU and less on CPU, so if you choose 1440p or 4k, a 3060ti or 3070 might be more appropriate, but you could pair it with a 5600x.
