Looking for a Graphics card

i can spend upto 6000 bcoz i already got a Gpu on laptop for 19000INR.Can u tell me if the following Gpu r nice or not

I would go either GT 730 w/ 2GB of RAM or the R7 250. Those are good for day to day applications and very basic (by today's standards) games. If you are looking for gaming I would save up some more money and get at least a GeForce 750 or 750Ti
