Looking for a low budget monitor for gaming and video editing

I am building a PC and I want to be able to do editing and also be able to game. I am looking for a good monitor to complete my setup. I was thinking that I would have dual monitors for programming anyways, so would it be best to have one IPS, glossy monitors for editing and a second monitor that is 144hz and good for gaming? and do you have a recommendation for the 2 monitors to try to keep it under $500 all together? I'd really appreciate a few options to choose from! Thanks!
