Considering how expensive mechanical switches are, you aren't going to find decent (reputable companies with comfortable layouts) keyboards for under $100 nowadays.

If you're willing to skip on the mechanical part and instead use regular gaming keyboards with high polling rates and anti-ghosting, you can find a ton of good models for that price.

If you plan on using it for gaming, make sure it has "n key rollover" or similar. Some older keyboards could only have about four keys pressed at one time, ones suitable for gaming should have at least double that, preferably 26+ (though you would never actually be able to press that many at once)
