So I am building a PC mainly for running programs such as AutoCAD and playing games like GTA. nothing too fancy since my main priority will be autocad. However, my case is a thermaltake versa n26 which is considered a mid-tower case and I was wondering what would be a good motherboard to use, along with a graphics card.

Complete full build up, budget is anywhere from 400-700 since it's not going to be used for gaming too much
