So I am building a PC mainly for running programs such as AutoCAD and playing games like GTA. nothing too fancy since my main priority will be autocad. However, my case is a thermaltake versa n26 which is considered a mid-tower case and I was wondering what would be a good motherboard to use, along with a graphics card.

Solution
Assuming Autocad 2018 here. and using this web page as a reference https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/autocad/troubleshooting/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/System-requirements-for-AutoCAD-2018.html

I suggest the following, I included your case at 0.00 as you have it already

Note: the 1060 can easily be changed for a RX480 4Gb for the same price.
