Looking for a motherboard for Arma

Hello,
I am planning on rebuilding my PC, essentially transferring my RAM, video card, and power supply to a new case, and getting a new motherboard and cpu. I was wondering what you guys thought of the MSI Z97 to go with an i7 4770k 3.5 gHz. Also, would I need to buy new RAM or could I use my current sticks? Thanks.

+13thmonkey I am planning on transferring a gtx 980 4gb SSC, 8 gb RAM, and a 650w power supply, so I can play Arma 3 at graphics that aren't at the lowest
I don't really have a budget, probably below $500

if you are thinking of getting new ram then you'd may as well go skylake and DDR4, rather than haswell.

Ok,do you have a suggestion of what motherboard and processor to get? Right now I'm thinking about the MSI Z97-GAMING 5 with the Intel Core i7-4770K Haswell Quad-Core 3.5 GHz. What do you think?
