I’ve been looking for a new monitor, but I want
- 4K or 1440p
- 144hz
- IPS panel
- 27in
- 1-4ms response
- g-sync
- less than $500
I can’t seem to find a monitor with all of this. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated Thank you in advance.

Since free sync can be used with nvidia cards, I would extend the search parameters. If you insist on g-sync, you have to raise your budget or make some compromises.
Check if these TN panel models are any good for your use case:
ASUS ROG Swift PG278QR, 27" (90LM00U3-B01370) HP Omen 27, 27" (Z4D33AA)
or go for the free sync MSI Optix MPG27CQ !

Under normal condition...(rough pricing)
27" 1440p 144/165hz:
- TN with GSync starts around USD550 e.g. PG278QR
- IPS with FreeSync starts around USD550 e.g. MG279QR
- IPS with GSync starts around USD650 e.g. PG279Q, XB271HU
Only TN with FreeSync can be found below USD500.

As I wrote, if free sync is ok, I would go for the MSI Optix MPG27CQ. I like the high contrast VA panel.
