Looking for a new atx case

Title says it all. I really like the look of the atx cases with a psu cover and a large window. It would have to be around $100 as well. I have done some research on cases like the s340 elite and the 400c/460x but am worried that my psu (evga 1000w p2) won't fit in the case with the hdd cages installed. I might also pick up an all in one water cooler to go with the case.

Right now Im thinking the 400c or 460x with an h100i series cooler

or...

s340 elite with the new x62/x52 cooler

What do you guys think??

i7-4790k
One of the cpu coolers listed above
STRIX 980ti
EVGA 1000w P2
Two HDDs
One SSD

You didn't state your preferred site of purchase and your region of purchase

I'd have suggested the Phanteks Enthoo Luxe but that would overshoot your stipulated 100USD budget.

Per the S340, these builds the PSU will fit without a problem and yet have room for the HDD caddy down below albeit you're going to need to plug the cables to the PSU's end first before installing the PSU.
