looking for a new mobo

hello, so i need some help. I have a i7-6700 non-k series and i am looking for a new mother board i have been trying to find some but i have had no luck. I read a thread not to long ago that it is possible to over clock the i7 6700 even though its not a k series so i was wondering if that is a thing and what mother boards can do this? i was also trying to keep it under $150 AUD so ant help would be nice.

Go into the BIOS, oc the cpu by increasing the BCLK or the Base Clock, like go from 100MHz to 101, 102, 103, 104 etc.
