Gonna answer the guidelines first.

1. What do you plan to do with this monitor? (ex. Games, Movie Watching, Photo Editing, etc.)
competitive Gaming "FPS"

2. What resolution and screen size do you want?
1080p or 1440p
23.8 up to 27

3. What refresh rate do you want? (ex. 60 hz , 70 hz.)
240hz

4 Response time?
1ms or less "the fastest"

5. What Port Do You Want To Connect To (ex. DVI-D, HDMI, etc).
fastest port

looking for the Fastest monitor available or that will be soon!
been watching two monitors
BenQ Zowie XL2546
AOC AGON AG241QG
but cant tell which is the best"Fastest" and if there's another even better
marketing numbers wont help me
aoc as gsync while benq as DYAC "which is chinese to me" readed about it but in terms of fast gameplay some gamers report that gsync has its downside "slower while been smoother"

Last I checked G-Sync was considered the superior technology, but the actual differences between it and freesync are minimal. At 240hz it is barely a difference. G-sync tends to have a wider range of VRR than freesync, but that doesn't matter all that much when you want maximum FPS. Really doesn't matter, if speed is the ultimate goal, leave syncing off.

Not really sure what to recommend here. 240hz limits you to a fairly small list of panels, pick the one you like the look and size of. Those that have near identical stats, are probably the same panel, and you are just paying for the brand you want and additional features.
