Hi! I have decided to upgrade my cpu from the Intel E6600 wolfdale to Amd fx 8320e. Currently i am using the Cooler Master Extreme 550w, but i think it wont be able to supply enough power to my new cpu and thus I am looking for a new psu.

My budget is around 80dollars, will i be able to get any decent psu within this price range?
I am from Malaysia so the brands i can get is limited. What psu can I get from either Cooler Master, Corsair or Antec? These are commonly seen in the shop. Any help is much appreciated, thanks.

PC specs:
AMD Fx-8320e
Asus M5A97 r2.0
Sapphire Dual-X R9 270
2x ddr3 4gb ram
3x 7200rpm HDD

Your psu will do fine for now but if you upgrade gpu you might want to upgrade your psu will handle your build without breaking a sweat. So dont worry. BTW cooler master is a very reliable company so you will be fine. Cheers

Yup, PSU is totally fine. CPUs dont use THAT much power so you never have to worry about not having enough watt if you upgrade it. Only time to think about a new PSU is when you upgrade your GPU or even add a second GPU. But 550w are fine with most GPUs too.
