Question looking for a new psu

My current one has started making electrical crackling noises (or such) and I really don't want to risk killing other components. Current psu is an EVGA Supernova g2 650 80+gold, I guess I got really unlucky with it. I would get the same one again but its quite expensive. Any suggestions appreciated!

Asus Strix GTX 1070 OC
i5-8600k
G.Skill Trident Z RGB 2x8gb

I've recently purchased two Corsair RM series . I'm happy with them. They are rated pretty well. They are quality PSUs in my opinion.

Those EVGA models have a pretty long warranty period, did you check with them for a replacement?
