[SOLVED] Looking for a PC to play Java Minecraft

I've recently made the move from console to Java Minecraft and want to buy a PC to play on, as my laptop is a little slow and gets fairly warm. I'm new to PC's and would love some advice on what specs to go for and any PC recommendations or good custom build PC websites/stores (I was looking at Cyber Power, if they're any good?).

I don't need an insane gaming PC - I'll mostly be playing on single player (or with 1 friend) and will be doing the usual building and making some small redstone farms (but nothing too crazy). I play vanilla Minecraft but would like to use Optifine, shaders, Vanilla Tweaks and maybe some mods (like the shulker box one) and would eventually like to play Skyblock maps and join one of the Hermits' Patreon severs once I get better at the controls.. I've always been a console player, so it's taking me some time to adjust!

I'm happy to spend around £400-700 but can take another look at my budget if needed. Thanks in advance for any advice, it's really appreciated!

This should be plenty for minecraft. It should run shaders and mods fine, and I used a 2nd Gen Ryzen so you wouldn't need to update the bios and could save some money. If you have the money, feel free to upgrade to a 3rd gen ryzen, but unless you can spend >$150 on a motherboard (with the X570 Chipset) you'd need to do a bios update. I also went with a RX570 4GB to save you $60 as minecraft doesn't need 8GB VRAM, and you mentioned you didn't need an overkill system.
