Hi, I'm trying to build my gaming PC, but I'm stuck on what PSU is best for my build.
Here is my build:

CPU
Intel Core i5-4690K 3.5GHz Quad-Core
CPU Cooler
Cooler Master Seidon 120V
Motherboard
Asus Z97-A
Memory
G.Skill Ripjaws X Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1866
Storage
Crucial MX100 128GB
Seagate Barracuda 1TB 7200RPM
Video Card
MSI GeForce GTX 970 4GB Twin Frozr V
Case
NZXT S340 (White) ATX Mid Tower

I really need suggestions for a good/best psu for my build but within my budget. By the way I'm thinking of overclocking my cpu and maybe my gpu. I really appreciate it if you guys can help me. Thanks

A simple rule comes to mind here and especially so seeing your build: BUY NICE OR BUY TWICE.

There's a lot of half rate PSUs out there and at that price point, they're bound to be plentiful. You'd be better off saving a wee bit more money and going with a good one than making the mistake of having one die on you and effectively wasted your money or having it frag your system. Just saying. Also, take a look here for a good idea of what you should be looking for power wise:
