Hello,
My old PSU has probably died. The system had an overkill 610 PSU.
I'm looking for a new one that will last, but will not be too expensive since it's for my son's PC.
The main specs are: E8400, GA-X48-DS4, Sapphire 7850 HD, running now about 3 internal HDD + 1 SSD.

Thank you

Seasonic G550 is good enough wattage and the best quality

With 3 HDD and an SSD 610 is not overkill. That said you don't need a $200 PSU to run the system.

This is 50 bucks, its Tier 3 and will do the job:

This one is better and also $50 but after rebate

You're going to get much higher end suggestions here. Don't waste the money.

Thank you. It seems that my technician is holding only these brands - Thermalake, Corsair, CoolerMaster and Seasonic (g-550, g-650 and X-series 650).
Can you please recommend any from these brands ?
