Question Looking for a RAM upgrade

I wish to upgrade from 8gb to 16gb, the max my motherboard supports. I need DDR3 1600 and was looking at these 2.

Would they work with my MB? Any suggestions?

CPU: Intel i5-4690
MB: ASUS H81M-A
SSD/HDD: 1TB Hard drive, 120GB Samsung SSD 750 evo
GPU: GTX 960 4GB
PSU: Cougar SL400 (400W)
Windows 10

That platform has good RAM compatibility. Both will be fine. Go with the cheaper of the two.

It only mentions Intel Z87/ Z77/ Z68/ P67 chipsets in the specifications. What does that mean?
