Looking for a reasonably priced build for league of legends/live streaming

My laptop I'm currently using is having some issues, I'd like to upgrade to a desktop and would like to be as efficient as possible with it, as my standards aren't too high for gaming quality, just need really steady fps and decent graphics. I'd like to stay around 500$ for the computer build.

$500 is not going to get you "decent graphics" you'll need about $550-600 for that

That's fine, I just want to stay around the midrange price and not upwards of 1000 for just the computer.

Also, price with mouse/keyboard and monitor or without? With it's going to easily cost you +$200 minimum
