Looking for a school laptop

Hello everyone! I'm looking for a school laptop, under the $1412 AUD range for school, as the laptops that they're providing aren't what I want (Surface Pro 4s and Macbooks). The Macbooks are overpriced and I don't want to spend that much, and I'd like a proper laptop, not a convertible.

Minimum Specs:
11" screen, 1366 x 768
intel pentium processor 2.5GHz
4GB DDR3 RAM
128GB SSD or 500GB SATA Hard drive
AC Wireless capable
Battery life of 8hrs or more

Preferred Specs:
12-14" screen, 1366 x 768 or above
intel Core i3
4GB DDR3 RAM
128GB SSD or 500GB SATA Hard drive

Lightweight (Under 2kg)

I'd prefer to buy locally from MSY (http://cdn.msy.com.au/Parts/notebook.pdf) as then I could just go and take the laptop to them to get it repaired or replaced instead of shipping it somewhere, as the school laptops have warranty under the school and they'll give you a spare laptop to use while it's being repaired. They normally take ages though, and I have a spare laptop that's heavier but could do for a couple of weeks.

I can't get a Chromebook either sadly, apparently they "don't suit the school's usage cases" or something like that, although I can't think of a single thing that I couldn't use one for at the school.

Maybe the Razer Blade Ultrabook? I'm not up to speed on conversion from usd to aud, but they're about 900 usd here.

That looks good, but I can't find them at MSY or even eBay at a reasonable price. The official Razer store is also out of my price range and Amazon Australia doesn't have any.
