Looking for a site for web design.

so i know this is probably not the best place to ask but it thought i would give it a shot. i am looking for good web design software or a web design site that would be good for a business i have no prior experience in this web design but i know my way around a computer. the cheaper the better but i know web design is expensive. i need something that can show off products that people can look at a picture of and if they like it they can call the seller and pick it up. pretty original i know but that's what i want any way any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

You can design your website with a free website builder, like webs, yola, weebly, wix etc.
