Looking for a small gaming build for dorm/apartment

Hello. I'm in my first year of college and have been a pc gamer for the past six years. Dorms are obviously pretty tight packed and I was wondering if there is a decently small sized form factor pc that will fit well with a dorm. I guess I'm looking for more of a build that fits well into a dorm than more of a steam machine. Something I can upgrade and tweak around with. If you guys have any ideas about what could work, please share. Thanks.
