Looking for a small micro atx case

I'm looking for a micro atx case with the following requirements but haven't found any, or they are very expensive.

Motherboard: GA-H61M-S2PV
Form factor: Micro-ATX
Price range: <$60
Number of drive bays: 2-4 (prefer 2.5" bays)
Optical drive: not required
PSU: 160-170W (not required to come with case but if there's one that's small that would be great)

I'm planning to use this as a home server so small footprint really helps.

Mmm that case is just like a normal tower in my taste. Anything smaller than that? Maybe only 1-2 hard drives?
