Solution

RE-INSTALL THE OS. THEN BACK UP YOUR SYSTEM WITH A DISK IMAGER (MACRIUM REFLECT) OR A SNAPSHOT TOOL (ROLLBACK RX).

WINDOWS IS SEARCHING FOR A PROGRAM OR SERVICE THAT'S BEEN DELETED. IF YOU DIDN'T DELETE THE PROGRAM OR FOLDER YOURSELF THEN IT COULD BE AN ISSUE WITH YOUR BOOT MANAGER OR IT COULD BE A VIRUS.

EITHER WAY, YOU NEED TO EITHER RUN STARTUP REPAIR OR RE-INSTALL THE OS.

ONCE YOU DO, BACK UP YOUR SYSTEM WITH A DISK IMAGER (MACRIUM REFLECT) OR A SNAPSHOT TOOL (ROLLBACK RX)
