I intend to make a sff pc. I want a (hopefully cheap) case that can certainly allow the GPU to be mounted parallel to the MB. Sort of alienware's x51 r2 mounting (I don't necessarily need the PCIx16 adapter , I can easily find and PCIx16 extesion)
The problem is that i haven't found a small enough case , they are all huge for a gtx1050ti , a g4560 , 1 SSD and 2*4gb ram on a mitx board.

For TFX PSU's here are some cases that come or are compatible with it:

In Win BP Series (BP691, BP671, and BP659): https://www.in-win.com/en/computer-chassis/bp-series/USA
Silverstone LC04 (old model): http://www.silverstonetek.com/legacy.php?area=en&model=lc04
Cooler Master Mini Series (Mini 210): http://www.coolermaster.com/case/mini-itx-mini-series/mini210/
Chieftec FI-01B-U3: http://www.chieftec.eu/en/chassis/itx/flyer-series/fi-01b-u3.html
Chieftec FI-02BC-U3: http://www.chieftec.eu/en/chassis/itx/flyer-series/fi-02bc-u3.html
Chieftec FI-03B: http://www.chieftec.eu/en/chassis/itx/flyer-series/fi-03b.html
The Fractal Design Node 202 comes to mind. The GPU sits in a separate compartment from the motherboard, but is still parallel to keep the case's profile very slim.

I think there's a silverstone case with a similar internal layout. I could be wrong.

Solution

More than likely, you can't as the In Win BP Series cases are already ~100mm in exterior width leaving you with no room (taking account the panel thicknesses, motherboard, and standoffs) to fit in a 99mm-wide GPU. I am not sure if you can mod it inside the chassis and use a riser extension though.

Same goes with the Cooler Master Mini 210 (having just 99mm exterior width) and the Chieftec cases (at only 90mm exterior width).

You *might* (not sure) be able to install the GPU normally in the Silverstone LC04 case though.
