Question Looking for a "sticky to list" app

I have been searching for an app that will give me graphic "stickies" (like the little yellow stickies people use to put notes on paper). I would like each stickie to have user definable fields: description, date due, cost, priority, etc and have the app save all of the stickies and be able to manipulate (sort, etc) them as stickies, but also be able to combine them into one spreadsheet. Does such an app exist?

Have you tried using the built-in Windows sticky notes?

I assume you could format a sticky and save as desired.
