So as I said, I'm trying trying to find a super low budget graphics card that can at least run new games on low at a smooth frame rate and can also play older games at medium or even high at least at 30fps.

How low is a super budget you say? Under $50. I encourage you guys to summon up ebay or whatever used parts place online you can find. I'm talking used parts.

I really appreciate you even taking your time to read this in the first place. Thanks in advance.

A Radeon 7850 would be better, and for $67 that is a great deal. You would need to upgrade your PSU though. 300 W is just too low for that graphics card.

What was the price of the GT 740? The GT 740 is faster than the GT 730 I recommended. They are essentially the same graphics card, but the GT 740 has a 128-bit wide memory interface vs. a 64-bit memory interface, and that helps to push up performance quite a bit.

A 750 Ti is faster than the GT 740, but it is slower than the Radeon HD 7850. The big plus to it is that it doesn't need a different PSU like BadActor mentioned, but for about $25-$30 you could go ahead and buy a decent budget PSU and the Radeon HD 7850 and come out just a few bucks short of $100.

Well honestly, anything would be an upgrade because I'm already running integrated graphics.

Any cards you know off the top of your head though as I am a complete noob, I've no clue what's good and what isn't,

Well, hopefully people won't judge me too much for this because this is literally my first desktop, I am a student so I usually use my laptop as a daily thing but I just got this desktop for $50. It's an older Dell Optiplex 960 with an Intel Core duo E8400 @ 3ghz, I'm not worrying about power requirements too much yet because I'm getting a new PSU for this thing because it's current PSU doesn't have any extra cables for a graphics card.

It's a full on desktop. The current PSU is a 300 watt but I'll be upgrading it anyway as the only extra cable present is a SATA power cable.

Tell me about it, It's pretty crazy checking almost every card on that hierarchical thingy. So far the best thing I found is the GT740 off of evga's website. I also found a 7850 for $67 but that's a little over the budget.

I was considering the 750ti then I learned the price total would be $105 bucks and as you said I can just get the card and change out the PSU. Appreciate it man.
