Looking for advice for a CPU Cooler

Okay so im making a white/black build around a 6600k and a Z170A Krait Gaming MOBO. I want to overclock the CPU to a modest 4GHZ but I need a white CPU cooler, originally I wanted the Enermax ETS-T40f-W cooler but it isn't available in the UK and the only way I could get it would be through US Amazon. Does anyone have any experience with the cooler as when I researched I could only find poorly translated Dutch reviews or does anyone have a recommendation for a white CPU cooler that could fit into a S340 so a 161mm height clearance. Or I see that when you try to buy the Enermax cooler from Amazon US it adds import taxes and VAT would that be all I have to pay or would I receive a bill from the Courier/Customs asking for more money, any help is appreciated.
